When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

Our Service uses a credit system for running verified giveaways.

• Valuation: 1 Credit is equivalent to 1 USD.
• Purchases: Credits can be purchased via our secure payment processor (Stripe). All fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds: Purchases of credits are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe a technical error has occurred, please contact support within 14 days of the transaction.
• Expiration: Credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

TrueRazz provides a platform for random selection. We are not responsible for the fulfillment of prizes or the management of the giveaway outside of the random selection process.

• Verification: Each giveaway generates a unique verification code and timestamp. This data is immutable and serves as proof of the result.
• Responsibility: The giveaway host is solely responsible for delivering prizes to winners. TrueRazz is not a party to any agreement between hosts and participants.
• Manipulation: Any attempt to manipulate the random generation process or exploit bugs to alter results is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any national or international laws or regulations.
• Run fraudulent giveaways or scams.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TrueRazz and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable international laws.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

In no event shall TrueRazz, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.
